On the way there is a stop at the Fort of São Domingos da Baralha, dating from the 17th century, considered at the time as the first defense of the coast of Arrábida.

Until then, we will pass through the fabulous Pombeira arch, a geological formation of great importance.

Another must-see is Baleeira beach, where the wild scenery and the remains of a fishermen's shelter will feed our imagination with scenes that took place here since Roman times. This is a nice stop for a swim to refresh.
