The trail follows the coast, having Espichel Cape as the final destination.
On the way there is a stop at Baleeira beach, where the wild scenery and the remains of a fishermen's shelter will feed our imagination with scenes that took place here since Roman times.
Another must-see is the Fort of São Domingos da Baralha, dating from the 17th century, considered at the time as the first defense of the coast of Arrábida.
The Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora do Cabo and the Ermida da Memória, tell us many centuries of history, even before the construction of the 14th century chapel, according to the legend of Pedra da Mua.
