This route takes us to the first human occupation of Arrábida in the Paleolithic period, with the Lapa de Santa Margarida and Figueira Brava Cave as the best archaeological references.
We continue to Roman times, with the Roman fish salting factory of Creiro, and end, in time scale, at the Fort of Santa Maria da Arrábida, built in the 17th century within the scope of the coastal defense of Arrábida.
